Whether you are sending an email personally or for your business, you want it to look and sound like you.
Email, as plain as it is, is a message from a person to another person. Even if you’re sending a message for your business, you want to make it appear as human as possible.
So, the biggest question is how to create emails that are authentically you? An email that people can easily link to you or your business.
Here are three things I can share to make your email appear as authentic as possible;
Tips to Create Authentic Email Campaigns
1. Apply your branding
Use your logo, font, color palette, and any symbols related to your brand in ALL your email campaigns.
Make sure you stick with your branding consistently.
In this way, your contact can easily link any of your emails to you, whether it’s transactional or marketing emails.
2. Use your brand voice
We talk differently. My choices of words might be different from yours.
Make sure your emails sound like you as if you are talking to your contacts.
I know most entrepreneurs hire copywriters, and it’s wonderful! I’m a fan of copywriters. They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Just make sure you hire someone who can write email copies using your brand voice.
3. Add your favorite opening line or closing remarks
What do you usually say when you meet a friend or an acquaintance? Is it ‘Hello’ or ‘Hi, Beautiful’?
Incorporate your favorite greetings into your emails. As if you’re saying ‘hello’ to someone you knew.
You can also add your favorite closing remarks!
Try using these tips and start creating authentic email campaigns!
